Javier Mediavilla

Javier Mediavilla has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. He began his professional career as a Lawyer in the Commercial Litigation Department of a national law firm. In 2013 he made a change of sector and joined an Executive HR consultancy located in Holland, specialized in Mass Consumption and Finance.

In 2016 he joined Hays as head of the Tax & Legal, with the mission of creating and developing said division, selecting middle management and management positions. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create MC Headhunting, expanding the team, services and sectors in the HR field. Currently, he is Co-founder of Boomerang and specializes in Executive and Middle management positions.
